In the micro-episode "Meet Captain America", Cap blocks a potato-masher style grenade on a bridge, and there is a big blast and cloud. In the cloud, Cap calls out for "Jack", when only Nick Fury is there on the bridge with him.

I noticed that, too.
I assumed I was wrong about that being Fury. The way the scene was colored, it left doubt in my mind that it really was Fury.
What other Jacks do we know? I first think of Jack Monroe, but he didn't come on the scene until the 1950s, right?
Any other Jacks, besides Union Jack, in the Cap mythos?
I did catch one particular Commando with a distinctive hairstyle was called "Howlett" by Fury. Nice little tie-in there. |

Nah, that was Fury. Another person indicated that he'd heard "Jake" - as in Jake Fury.
Jack Monroe? Perhaps this Cap's Bucky isn't James Barnes? |
