I thought it was very well done - much better than I was expecting when they first announced the series.
Still, the theme song is really dreadful.
Anyway, I think Graviton was an interesting choice for the first villain, and it was a lot of fun seeing Marvel characters popping up everywhere! |

I've heard others complain about the theme song. I have to say, I kinda like it.
No real complaints at all about the premiere, I thought it was incredible. Frankly, it blew me away and am already wondering if this is my favorite TV series ever.
It was awesome.
Only nitpick is it's hard for me to believe that Graviton would be unfazed by Thor's hammer strikes, unblinking and unflinching, yet would be so vulnerable to Wasp's little bio stings.
But I do love Graviton as the heavy (pun intended) and the multiple super prison breakouts as the premise for the series, chasing down the bad guys.
I was scared for a moment the whole team was going to become a SHIELD unit. Glad to see they are independent.
I will be interested to see what they do with the Hulk. I definitely want to see the individual members' supporting casts and rogue's gallery continue being used. |
